Interview
My interview process was fairly informal, however, it was taken very seriously as a career in recruitment was a completely new area for me. I met with two managers and finally the MD to discuss in further detail why recruitment was such a great fit for me and how I was going to fit into the company.
Via a rec2rec - fast and efficient process, initial fifteen minute phone call than a more formal video call. Not focused on billings / stats, centred around soft skills and ambitions. Detailed overview of what the company can offer in terms of training and progression.
