Two rounds. One from the recruiter asked the basic scrum and agile competence and the second one was about leadership where we need to submit a deck regarding a 3-month transformation plan for the project.

A lot of questions were asked. Mainly asking questions such as how would you handle a difficult stakeholder or how would you handle a difficult team member, questions regarding estimations etc....

I have Received several calls for HR Smriti for the role did my first HR round more than twice .Suddeny l came to know the role is on hold and then again she called for the same role ... And asked to started the process again...post which I am still waiting for their second round of call ..
Which is very Annoying...from the recruitment team.
