I applied for an HR Generalist position and received an invite for a phone interview a couple days later. The call was scheduled that same week and lasted approx an hour. The interview was relaxed and friendly. My overall impression was a positive one. I received a rejection email a week later which made be realize my missteps from being too comfortable. While I was disappointed to learn I didn't make it to the next steps, I would give the company high marks for being prompt and professional during this process.
It was three rounds of interviews, the final interview involving speaking with the entire HR department. They also require that you complete assessments prior to moving on to the second interview. The assessments weren't hard but it was lengthy.
