Interview
HR phone screening, they just checked general info and expectations and also confidence on the phone. On-site interview with your Team lead and usually one more person from the team could be a former rep, QA or TL ( easy questions).. after a positive interview they do a reference check
-I applied for the job
-Got a response in a week by the team leader itself to schedule an interview
-Competency based interview and a language-check interview
-I got a job offer after 2 days and could start asap.
