3 interviews followed by a personality test
1st interview- meet and greet
2nd- talk to UX team
3rd- talk to rest of team
Each interview lasted 1-2 hours and was more of a conversation.
Four Kitchens conducted a multi-stage interview process coordinated by their HR Manager. This process included a meet-the-team interview, a skills interview, and a personality test. Communication from HR was positive and thorough, that said personality tests are not an appropriate litmus of skill or cultural fit.
