Interview
I applied online and then heard about about a week later from the recruiter. I had a screen with her and then I spoke with the hiring manager who was very transparent and insightful about the role. I then spoke with some members on the team who were very inexperienced interviewers who seemed very impatient and on edge. The prior person left because they were burnt out and I can see why. I recommend coaching young professionals before allowing them to interview others. They are also backed by a PE firm and one of the managers directly told me I would be working 70 hours per week. No thanks!
