Interview
I was requested to complete a tic-tac-toe in Unity. I completed the project with all their requirements but I did not receive the next round interview. I asked the interviewer Rebecca Lepore the reason why they decided not to move forward and I got a response like “I don't have time to give individual feedback”, which made me very upset. I spent over 20 hours to finished this and the interviewer did not even want to spend a few minutes to give me the feedback? This is very unprofessional and they did not respect the candidate effort at all! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME ON THEM if they ask you to do a take-home project!!!

Interview
If they like your application they send you a project to complete. It took around a week to get an answer. Also, they send you a document with the requirements they want and some video examples.
If they like your application they'll send you a form email detailing a multi-phase Unity project they want you to build and submit back to them for review. The first phase is unpaid, while the second two phases are paid a small amount for your time.
There is no initial phone call, no HR screening, or anything normal companies do. Every email response is a copy/paste form email.
After you submit your project for each phase of the review you may be told that they have decided not to move forward with the interview process and "don't have time to give individual feedback."
Not giving even basic feedback as to why you were rejected after wasting several weeks on this process is a complete slap in the face to job applicants.
Stay away from this shady company.
