The reason why the role can’t be filled is because recruiting isn’t giving people opportunities. I have background and experience in this field/ knowledge of the company. In the beginning of the year I had applied. Scheduled a call with HR recruiter. Friendly. Go through the process then came the assessment. they send an assessment, that does general math, English comprehension, and understanding patterns. After the assessment is complete the next day, was sent a rejection email. This happened in the beginning of the year, so I had asked for feedback and they said the have no feedback. Months later the ad is back up for the same position so I applied again. Recruiting Emails me back right away no we aren’t interested, but still no feedback. Very unprofessional and does not give qualified candidates a chance or explanation.
