I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fragomen (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
met with someone in hr who then took me to met with multiple partners in their offices. The HR employee kept accidentally forgetting to get me to move me to the next room. Was told 20 mins per room and was left there for about 40 mins each room. needless to say things got awkward after 30 mins when these attorneys were trying to resume their work. this is as the second interview after a first short interview woth an attorney in OCI at law school.
fun 3. Phone Interview: If you pass the initial screening, you might have a phone interview with a recruiter or HR representative. This interview assesses your communication skills, motivation, and general fit for the organization. They may ask about your background, experience, and why you're interested in the position.
Three rounds. About 2 months total in process. The interviewers were very nice and asked thoughtful questions. I left the interview thinking I did not get the job. However, I received an offer weeks later.

There were behavioral questions, questions about prior experience, and that was about it. For the most part, the interview was mostly conversational which was nice.
