I applied online. I interviewed at Fragomen (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied for a Senior Immigration Paralegal position to manage employment immigration cases. Having 10+ years in the field and a related graduate degree, I was certainly qualified. A phone interview was scheduled shortly after I applied. I was told that I would be contacted in a few days, but never heard anything from the talent manager after our initial conversation. Below are the first 2 questions of the interview.
1st stage: Document review
2nd stage: Phone interview - Just asked about your understanding of the job and your salary expectations.
3rd stage: Interview via online - Confirm the motivation for applying, overall suitability for the job, and level of understanding

Please tell us why you are applying for this position and why you think you are a suitable candidate.
I made contact with members of the London office. They were receptive towards speaking to people and were able to offer great advice. They were helpful and gave good advice to people who want to learn more about Immigration Law.
very quick process. was given an offer within a week. phone call with recruiter, and then attorneys. recruiter was very transparent and available for any extra phone calls i needed. only reason i didn’t take the job was they required a move and didn’t seem open to indefinite remote.
