I had an initial interview with the team and from there was invited to do an application task. I was given a weekend to do it and, as it was quite an extensive task, it took me the whole two days to pull it together. Despite being promised a follow up interview to present the work I had done, I never even received any confirmation that it was received, let alone that second interview.
