Back to back interviews over WebEx with 5 people, which took about 10-30 minutes each. It took a total of an hour and a half. Ten minutes with the recruiting coordinator, twenty minutes with a senior, thirty minutes with the manager, and twenty minutes with the partner.
They were all very nice, except the partner who was standoffish and joked about suicide and I found that very unprofessional considering I know one too many people suffering from severe mental illnesses

Question 1
Was a very conversational interview. Aside from the standard "tell me about you", they ask about the reason that I choose the firm and spend most of the time talking about their firm.
Very positive experience and questions weren't too difficult to answer. Mainly questions to get to know me and to see if I would be a right fit for the company. Was not intimidating.

initial interview with a recruiter, then you'll hear back in a few days via email. Second round of interview lasted two hours, with four different people - associate, senior associate, manager/senior manager, and a partner.

They didn't ask any technical or difficult behavioral questions. It was more like a casual conversation with a friend than an interview.
