I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Frank Rimerman and Co LLP
Interview
The internship was posted on a college career services site. I submitted a resume and cover letter online. A team from that company came to campus for interviews. Prior to the formal interview, an associate took interviewees aside for casual conversations to get a feel for their personalities and communication skills. The formal interview was fairly laid-back, without any technical questions.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, mostly basic behavioral questions and the interviews were very conversational. Overall a great interview process and the recruiters were very friendly. I received feedback very quickly.

Question 1
Why are you interested in accounting and why specifically Frank Rimerman.
Very conversational and not technical. Just want to see if you’d be a good fit for the firm as you can be taught most technical things. Work culture seems to be something they admire most.
