What's your typical process, who are your preferred types of clients

I submitted application online and scheduled a phone call the next week. Designer questions for studio environment is really more about personality and creativity I guess. I wasn't asked about anything about my portfolio, although I just prepared for that. Questions were really creative and kinda caught me thinking at the moment.
