Quite long interview process, with 5 rounds of interviews with various levels and departments. Relaxed and conversational approach once in the interview room, with little formal questioning. Vetted by a recruiter as a first round, with both a phone interview and a follow up face-face. This was then followed by 3 face to face interviews with various people within the organisation.
