The interviewer asked 2 question. One related to Test plan. While he added details for Test cases and himself don't know the difference between test plan and test case. Explained the difference with test strategy, test plan and test cases for question 1. For Question 2 it was a coderpad test for writing simple checking of the vowels and reversing them. I completed that too and shown it working. Still they had reported as not cleared the interview. It seems they don't want to hire people just interviewing for the sake and getting there own references on board.

Initial call with internal recruiter and then a coding test live with an engineer. The call from the recruiter was about two weeks after I applied online. They seemed disorganized and mixed up what job I was applying for but then got me scheduled for a technical screening. The technical screening was an algo problem that didn't seem to have anything to do with the job itself, but seem edto cater more to people who would graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology.
