Easy-going, relaxed, and friendly. The interviewer seems to have a lot of experience with onboarding new hires because she was pretty chill the whole time. I was invited to a second interview but I had already accepted another job but I really liked their energy.

Interview
Everything was cool, while time consuming, until the 4th phase. The feedback of the case study was positive, the HR contact switched in the middle of the process and they argued they could not wait one week for my availability (out of the country with limited access to internet) even giving me a kind of ultimatum that the role would be filled by other candidates if I did not agree with the proposed schedule. Not a good place to be in if talent is not respected after so much time and resources invested into the role.

Interview
Very fluid, super responsive, real people process. Made me feel comfortable about interviewing and allowed me to focus on showing skills. All interviewers were clearly focused on culture fit, which indicates Beat follows the no-assholes mantra.
