Interview
3 stages. The first one was an introductory call with HR. Then a meeting with the Hiring Manager. The third stage was a case study and a defense of it in front of the Hiring Manager and the department’s Manager. The process with HR was smooth, and everyone was very kind. The case study was lengthy, and I dedicated almost an entire week to it. After presenting it, the only feedback I received from HR was that they had chosen another candidate. I asked if they could provide feedback, but they didn’t even reply. After so many hours of dedication, the least they could offer is some feedback or at least a response explaining why they can’t provide it.
