Initial video call - went quite well, then tech test (guideline - 3 hours) - somewhat tricky selection exercise. First submission didn't work right, but they had enough interest to tell me to keep trying. Second try handled sample inputs and my test inputs but not their unknown quantity of test inputs. Didn't progress. Another example of a company looking for senior skills for mid money. Don't ask candidates to code away for hours on a project if you're not going to offer actionable feedback regardless of the outcome.
