I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fresha (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Brief teams call to explain the nature of the role and how my previous experience meets job requirements. Initial part of the call was very conversational and free flowing then more in depth questions were asked about experience and what I would do in a hypothetical work environment.

Question 1
What would you do if you weren't on track to make target this month? How would you ensure you would hit target?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fresha (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Clear, well structured. Initial call with the recruiter, the next stage is a formal interview with the hiring manager. Final stage was a business case interview with hiring manager and senior leadership. The interview process was fast, very organised. The recruitment team provide a lot of interview prep which was helpful. The latter stage interviews were in office which was great, you get the chance to meet the teams and experience the company culture.
I felt the process was smooth and professional, I was considering roles with other companies but chose Fresha due to the interview experience. The company culture was a stand out as well, they place a lot of importance on keeping a positive company culture and hiring the right people which I like.
