I interviewed with two managers, one from the front desk, and another from the pre-op area, along with an HR rep. The environment was relaxing and informal. They took turns and asked a lot of customer service related questions. Make sure to answer in the STAR method. Emphasize the importance of giving great service and being positive. This is an elective surgery hospital so make sure you do your research on this company before the interview so you know how to respond to their questions.
