First step is a quick phone call with pretty straightforward questions. You get invited to an in person interview and meet with the CIO and CEO. CIO is a very nice guy had a really good conversation with him.

Interview
An assessment needs to be done at the beginning, including a behavioral interview and behavioral multiple choice questions. Then there is an interview with the MANAGER and about two weeks later with the Partner
