Interview
The process was very transparent and well-organized. They did a great job communicating expectations and next steps. There were three interviews; the first was a introductory phone interview, the second was a technical portfolio interview over Zoom, and then a third Zoom interview which was mainly focused on personality & soft skills fit.

Question 1
The interviews had more of a conversational format, with questions being generally related to past experiences (which I would imagine vary depending on their needs for the role & the interviewee's resume).
1. Phone interview
2. Technical interview (via Zoom): a portfolio review
3. Behavioral interview: Situational/behavior questions "What would you do in this situation"?
4. Final decision: a 5-10 min call about the decision (if selected)
Overall experience was exceptionally positive.
