It was a phone call for the first stage, I never had a phone call for an interview in the past 30 interviews I had in many years. but in general recruiter was nice and had normal HR questions, why us? what are you looking for next role? introduce yourself and ... During the interview, I got a feeling the company is still shaping and is a bit traditional type maybe as they don't still have a professional development framework for employees. that's all I understood from 1 interview and I got rejected with normal HR emails you get like narrowing candidates and such messages.
