I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fulgham's (Tupelo, MS)

      Interview

I met employer at a class in college he was making a demonstration for. I talked to him about a job and they were looking for their first full-time employee. The owner and his son and I sat down and talked. I had to take a test on fertilizer and pesticide application, answer common sense questions, give school background and work experience, ability to travel and work on equipment, ability to use computers, and fill out a non-compete agreement.
