Informal interview asking questions about my experience. Played out a few roll play scenarios to see how I would react in certain situations. I was then asked to do a trial shift to see how I got on with staff and customers.

They asked me to pour a pint, about my experience in the industry. I had to write a cover letter and upload my CV. They asked me questions about my CV and then they taught me how to pour a pint.
