Hiring process consisted of a written test, interview with team leader and future team members and interview with HR or management . Can be done online or face to face. Tasks on the written test usually consist of: translation tasks, writing tasks, customer support tasks. It may vary for different languages.

First I had to pass a test which was sent via mail, I had to answer the questions within one hour and send it back. After that, I got a proposal for an interview on Skype. The interview took around one hour and was seperated into two parts with two different managers. After all it was a nice interview, they asked me many questions and told me about the company, the job and the possibilities within the company.
