Interview with profession specific manager to see if i would be a good fit with the team.

How do you organize your day to day schedule, and if I would thrive in a work place where I am expected to be on top of things on my own. Very nice staff and HR team. Answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Interview
There were two interviews: the first was with human resources (more of a screening) and one with upper management (longer interview). Both were casual. Applied online and was a 1-2 week process.
