Applied early-November, received an email from recruiter, scheduled a zoom call (all within a week). Meeting was normal, nothing out of the ordinary, the hiring manager and I went through each of my work history, what I did, different scenarios, I answered any questions the hiring manager had. We even got to speak on things that was non-job related, which was a nice change to an interview.
However, during the interview, I was told that the role was actually going to be split into two different teams as the title of the position ( Job Title I applied for) was too vague. Team was going to be customer success, and customer support.
I was told once that team is establish, they may contact me for a role that I would fit more with. Have not heard since them. Overall, very neutral-positive interview. I wasn't rushed, no difficult questions
