Talked with recruiter at a campus job fair then was offered to sign up for a time for a Phone interview, about a week later they then asked to schedule an in person interview for second round

Interview
I reach them via LinkedIn and set up a phone interview. It took 15 min to complete the phone interview. The interviewer made a rush to finish his time. The next day, I got my rejection mail.
