1. Error in Test: We sincerely apologize for the error in the technical test you encountered. Such lapses are unacceptable, and corrective measures were promptly implemented in January to uphold the quality and precision of our assessment materials
2. Overall Experience: We empathize with your concern regarding the time required to complete the technical test and regret that it didn’t turn out to be a positive experience for you. We have restructured the interview rounds for the role of Senior Data Analyst with the aim to improve our candidates' experience
3. Technical Assessments: Our Data teams are at the heart of the data-driven decision making culture at FS. The technical tests are designed to enable the organisation to continuously improve on our technical standards and to build a team of strong data experts. We understand that the technical assessment is challenging and would like to share that we have re-designed it to maintain effectiveness while still keeping it fun for our candidates
