Interview
Invited for the first interview by phone, after which three selection rounds followed. First one was very general, typical HR questions. Second round was also with the manager for who I would potentially work for; more in depth questions regarding the function. In the third round interview other members of the team were introduced, who all had their own specific questions (such as 'What can Furla do better specifically in this and this field" etc). Straight after the third round I received a phonecall with the outcome (positive).
