I interviewed with Further after being contacted by an internal recruiter. Initially, the process was great. I had several interviews, including a full day interviewing in their office. Following the in person interview, I was told both verbally and via email that they were going to extend an offer and they were working out the details. I just had to do 1 final interview to figure out where to best place me. I was so excited because everything I had experienced up to that point had been great. I did the final interview the next day and never heard anything after that. For all I know, aliens have abducted every single person from this company. I reached out multiple times and haven't heard anything in response. I'm just glad I didn't put in my notice at my current job until I had the written offer. I get that things are busy, but you don't tell someone that an offer is coming and then just ghost them. That's incredibly unprofessional.
