15 minute quick interview asking about experiences and what leadership you've had in the past, nothing of specific note that I can think of, other than the interview was quite flat and emotionless

Question 1
"What are some project roles that you have held in the past"
I had 2 x 15 minute interviews. The first one with hr and was super chill and basic questions. Like tell me about yourself, why fuse, why this role and explain a technical project and what I would do something different. Then got invite for 2nd interview with an operations analyst. The analyst themselves had just been in the company for 9 months. They asked me about a project I did. But the person kept stopping me in between to ask me questions which I didn’t personally like. I didn’t get the role as my motives didn’t match with the company
The interview process had two rounds. First round with the team staff from operations and second with manager- First was get to know the team; second was medium and technical.
