Initial interview was set up by phone for in person meeting. I waited in the conference room for the interviewer for over 30 minutes. The interviewers were friendly & open. I was offered a position with the company the next day. I was told in the interview that the hours would be 9-5 with occasional overtime. On my first day I found out that there would be considerable overtime required with very little notice. Due to regular family commitments after work hours I chose to resign the position immediately.
My perception of the people working in the company for the whole 1 day I worked there is that they are in the process of improving & will eventually be a very nice company to work for. At present it would be a good place for someone with very flexible evenings who is okay with very short notice on needing to stay late.
