I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at FutureBridge (Paris) in Aug 2020
Interview
The talent recruiter reached out to me initially and after a bit of confusion, we finally found time to get on a call and discuss the job role.
Post the call, I was given a task of 4 assignments which involved me creating a sales plan, email templates, solution selling and to talk about my biggest sale.
I completed all of the above in the given time frame.
Post some follow ups I was asked to submit another email template assignment, a task already covered in the first assignment.
Post this I was supposed to have a panel discussion, a test and a round with the commercial director.
So let's begin with what was wrong, I had to follow up 6 times post submission my assignment for a feedback. The feedback I got was another email template to a real customer, also a small note that the hiring manager liked my work.
Again 2.5 weeks passed and I got no response and after a several follow ups, I got a wrongly named email saying my assignments not going through.
Post clarification , the HR did apologize for her error of calling me by a different name and also said unfortunately my assignments did not go through.
Post this there was no response, being a professional organization it was surprising for me that after liking my assignments they rejected without any reason or feedback. I felt used considering I spent 2 weeks in preparing those assignments. As a professional I would not want anyone to go through this hassle
