Organizing the interview required more effort from me than them, and were not professional on providing details on the meeting in efficient time. Lastly, the interviewers were not organised, had to look up questions from Google on the spot, and did not give me a offer response, until straight after I e-mailed them a week later.

I applied via email a couple months prior to getting a response. I was referred over to the 3D lead where we messaged about setting up an online interview. I was in an interview within 3 days of getting a response, the interview was a very casual 1-1 zoom call. We spoke about what what the job with entail, how the team runs and what teams the company holds. I was complimented on my portfolio piece and wasn't put on the spot throughout the meeting. The interview went very well and I already felt welcomed.
