I applied online for the role and was contacted by the company's in-house recruiter relatively quickly. We spoke about what I was looking for and the role in more detail. This was discussed with the company's decision makers and I was invited for interview. I attended an interview where I met with two of the consultants (one of which I would be working with). Straight after that I met the Managing Director. I was offered the job shortly afterwards, which I accepted.
