I received a link to complete a technical test and record an introductory video, which took around 2 hours in total. I never heard back from the company despite completing the coding task successfully (all tests were pasing) and following up multiple times and asking for feedback.

You have to complete multiple choice questions and a coding assessment for the coding assessment, the time wasn't enough and tasks where not clear enough, the time allocated was not enough, the concept of the problem wasn't explained properly,
The OA included basic questions on Python fundamentals, followed by a task to refactor legacy code into a modular, class-based structure, implement validation logic, and apply a factory pattern while ensuring compatibility with a predefined testing framework. The final part of the OA was a personal video recording.
