There were three people hosting the interview — one HR representative from Montreal and two supervisors from the Thunder Bay office. The general manager was very talkative, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. However, all the colleagues on that team are men, the commute would be quite far for me, and in the end, I didn’t get the job.
