I recently interviewed for a position at G42's Space 42, and while the interview itself was smooth and I felt confident about my performance, the overall recruitment experience was very disappointing. After the final interview, I was left in limbo with no clear communication or timeline for next steps. The lack of response from the HR team was incredibly frustrating, and it felt like my time was wasted. I understand that recruitment processes can take time, but the complete lack of follow-up or professionalism left a bad impression. I hope the company improves its communication moving forward.
