I applied for a junior SEO role and went through two interview rounds. The first went smoothly and I was moved forward to a case study presentation. The process started to fall apart at the scheduling stage. I communicated my availability clearly across multiple follow-ups, explaining I was only free two days that week due to prior commitments. My messages were ignored and I was booked into a slot I had explicitly said did not work for me, in the evening. I still made it work, rearranging my schedule to attend, but received no acknowledgment of the effort or the inconvenience caused. The presentation itself went well. I had minor technical issues but received positive verbal feedback at the end of the call and was told I would hear back within a week. I never did. No follow-up, no rejection, nothing. One more thing worth noting: the second round was conducted by a completely different team from the one I had been in contact with throughout, with no introduction or explanation beforehand. The role itself may be interesting, but the recruitment process showed a consistent lack of respect for candidates' time. If you are interviewing here, manage your expectations accordingly.
