Interview with campus recruiter on campus. This interview was very quick ~10 minutes. Then an interview at their office with 2 different people. ~1 hour. Expected a 3rd round of interviews but ended up getting a call offering the position about a month later.

Focus on grit, sales experience, and desire to learn. It was first a coffee chat, and then two rounds of interviews. It was important to follow up. First interview was with the SLDP manager and the second was with a director

The interview process was overall good, the first round was a phone screen and was pretty short. The second round was a zoom with behavioral questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to, it was pretty conversational.
