Interview
Process took about 2-3 weeks
Invited out to my campus for interviews
Really loved that the interview took place at my university campus, definitely gave me more confidence as I was familiar with the place and faces that I saw. Great process and the interview session was very conversational and my interviewer gave me great info about the company and position throughout the interview. It really didn't feel like a formal interview but a great conversation with someone to learn more. Interviewer was very attentive

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GALLO (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter the very next day. The interview took place a week later and lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiters were really nice, however, it seemed more like they had been trained to be nice rather than being genuinely nice and interested in you. The interview was pretty fast paced and they mainly asked questions about leadership experience. Many of their questions were follow-up based, meaning they asked questions based on your answer to their previous question. They also asked you to go through your resume and your highlights, which in all honesty, it seemed like they hadn't even looked at before the interview. Although I was really stoked about this opportunity at first, I didn't quite like the bit of insincerity I could sense during the interview. Consequently, this made me question whether or not I would really like to work for this company. I could also tell based on the interview that I wasn't suited for this program because they seem to be looking for a very specific type of leadership, which makes sense. Either way, the interview process was pretty okay and like most interviews, although I haven't ever felt that slight ungenuine vibe from any other recruiter I've interviewed with before.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GALLO in Oct 2017
Interview
My interview process with Gallo was outstanding. It's a three step process:
1. Because Gallo only campus recruits from a few select schools, I had my first few interviews over the phone. During my first two phone calls, I've never felt so at ease and conversational. They're really trying to get a read on who you are and how you could fit in with the company.
2. I met face to face with a Gallo employee. She wasn't a recruiter, but still drove over an hour to meet me. Excellent interview.
3. They'll fly you out to one of their recruiting conferences with anywhere between 20-30 other candidates. If you've made it this far, you've got a pretty good shot at the job. Very relaxed time with corporate employees. Shake a lot of hands and be yourself. Don't sweat the presentation, but be ready for some very blunt questions about your desire to be in this company afterwards.

Overall very behavioral interviews. Be sure you know some of their wines and spirits, you may be quizzed on it.
