I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
This was an awesome interview. It was very conversational and laid back. My interviewer was very engaging and seemed eager to answer all of my questions and to simply understand and get to know me as an individual.

Question 1
What was a time you were told no and how did you overcome it?
It was my first interview after a career fair on campus. They reached out to me very quickly and I was happy to accept a first interview with them the next day. The interview was great, the representatives I talked to were down to earth and picked my brain with some great questions as well.

The interview process was short and concise. They were fast in responding to you. However, they are very pick and demand a lot. The interview was intense and intimidating. I did not feel comfortable during it.
