I went to a career fair at my University. Handed out my resume and the recruiter reached out to me via email. I went to the career development center on campus where they interviewed multiple people. The whole interview only took about 20 minutes and the recruiter was very nice. While I did not get the position I thought the whole process was professional and considerate. I think a more personal rejection would have been nice, but I understand why they did not do so.
