You then get invited to a second-round interview where you speak with a director. The questions are all centered around leadership, problem-solving, and how you work with a team. Next, is the virtual regional recruiting conference where you have more interviews with directors, a sales presentation, and get more information on the ins and outs of the position you would be filling.
