Recruited out of College at a college career fair, Went Through First Round Interviews, as well as second Round Interviews on Campus, Went to a Recruiting Conference where out of 2500 applicants about 26 Top Student Leaders Attended the conference with me. We sat through a full day of interviews with about 10 interviews with 2-3 people in each interview. The conference included dinners, and events for you to get to know the employees, career paths and more about the company.

Phone call interview followed by video chat. Started with HR and the next interview was with the location where I applied. Very informative and a natural conversation. Can be difficult if not prepared.
