Interview full team. Resume questions, M&I 400 valuation, lbo, and accounting questions, plus LBO case study. keep an eye out for management fee's and a mistake on the feeder tab (cogs needs to be changed to match other boxes)

First round screen. Second Round interview - 2, 30-minute back to back zoom interviews. Took about a month. More curious to know if you actually know about secondaries, given that its slightly more niche compared to trad PE
