Interview was a joke. This company pulls 45 people into a zoom call and don't even actually interview anyone. They start of being completely snippy and rude to the potential employees, then if they decide you don't fit in before the interview process even starts they just kick you. I believe whole heartedly I was removed because I am white. 90% of the other people that were there were not white, neither were the ones conducting aid interview. I had everything I was supposed to have, My camera, Headset, I had opened the page to begin like instructed and then was removed from the zoom call before even being asked anything or speaking to anyone. Pretty disgusting. about 10 minutes after I was removed I received an email stating they had chosen someone else for the position.

Shady Interview process. You receive an email letting you know that they will try to call you 3 times for a language assessment randomly during the coming week and you should have access to a PC. I didn't when they called me but it went fine as I could access my email on my phone. Then, they expect you to send a small paragraph within 3 min of the end of the call presenting yourself. No opportunity to know more about the job and the salary. After this, you'll receive an email letting you know about the details of the position: it's telemarketing/customer support (still unclear), freelance, and paid via PayPal. At this point, I still don't have a clear view of the next steps.
